Welcome to Procurement Excellence.

Procurement Excellence is a specialist consulting firm with expertise in procurement, supply chain and related matters, including outsourcing, project and programme management, category management, supplier relationship management and major project procurement.  Our Managing Director is Peter Smith, who has 25 years of top-level experience in the procurement sector and is well known as a past President of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

We are also approved as a 'Sourcing Partner' by the Office of Govenrment Commerce for their External Resources Framework ('ERF').  We have 20 senior associate consultants who are approved to carry out Gateway, Procurement Capability and Major Project Reviews through ERF for OGC and other organisations.  They can also be engaged through ERF by public sector organisations to support work generally in the procurement, estates and major projects areas as long as the work is aligned with OGC's objectives.
