Other useful links

OGC - Office of Government Commerce

As well as latest information about issues in Government procurement, there is a huge amount of useful ‘best practice’ material here.

Transparency International

TI are a global organisation that fights against corruption in Government. Peter Smith helps TI in the area of Military procurement, advising on procurement issues; it is often difficult to tell the difference between a corrupt procurement process and one that is merely incompetent! We try and help in making that distinction and advising governments who want to make sure the process is correct in both senses.
